Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company is a Public Sector Company incorporated as limited company by WAPDA/ Government of Pakistan. The Company’s main ideal is the development of Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Project for generation and trade of hydel electricity. The Company is wholly possessed attachment of Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) with 969 MW power house of the company located at ChattarKalas in Azad Kashmir, 22 KM south of Muzaffarabad. Operations are invited from energetic & educated campaigners ( citizens of Pakistan & AJK) to fill the following positions in NJHPC on contract base.
1. Design/ Factory Director NJHPC
( Pay- package Lump sum)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•
A
Graduate Mastermind (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics)
Mechatronics) with 15-20 times of experience, with at least
05 times of affiliated experience. Preference will
be given to the campaigners having Masters in Business
Administration or a affiliated field.
•
Former experience working with contract regulations, affiliated laws in
IPP business, experience in operation of
hydel power stations rather will be considered added
qualification.
AGE:
Maximum age 65 times on
the last date of submission of operation.
REMUNERATION
Request- grounded competitive package will be offered commensurable with
the qualification and experience of the seeker.
Term
This assignment will be on
a contract base for a period of three times,
extendable with collective concurrence and periodic performance evaluation to be conducted by
the Board of Directors NJHPC
2. Principal INTERNAL Adjudicator/ Director INTERNAL Inspection NJHPC
( Pay- package Lump sum)
NJHPC is an equal occasion employer, which
is seeking suitable seeker for the position of
Chief Internal Auditor. The
prospective campaigners are anticipated to be dynamic,
having proven track-record of integrity. Internal inspection functions and
should be a leader with
a vision to deliver in the gruelling work terrain meeting the
following criteria:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
•
Member of a honoured body of
professional accountants; or Certified Internal Auditor; or Pukka Fraud
Examiner; or Pukka Internal Control Auditor; or Person holding a
Master Degree in Finance from a university honoured by HEC.
(Commercial Governance) Rules, 2013 amended up to 2017.
• Seeker must have minimal fivetimes of applicable inspection experience in
Govt. department/Semi-Govt. association/ Pots/
Autonomous Bodies or large marketable association or large
public limited companies of character.
AGE LIMIT AS ON CLOSING DATE
Up to 55 times at
the time of submission of operation.
NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT
The employment shall be on contract for
an original period of three (3) times, with periodic performance to be conducted by
the Board of Directors NJHPC.
PAY & ALLOWANCES

3. COMPANY Clerk NJHPC (Pay- package Lump sum)
Qualification & Experience
•
Member of a honoured body of professional accountants; or Member
of honoured body of commercial chartered
registers; or Person holding a Master Degree in Business
Administration or Commerce or a Law Graduate from a university honoured by
HEC with at least five (05) times of applicable experience in
Govt. department/Semi-Govt association/Pots/Autonomous Bodies or large
marketable association or large public limited companies of character.
• Minimal 10 times’ experience in commercial association out
of which at least 5 times progressive experience of Company Secretary / Assistant
Company Secretary5 times’ progressive experience of Company
Secretary/ Assistant Company Secretary Position is must.
•
Campaigners with diversity of experience from
both public and private sector will be given presence.
•
Well clued with Companies Law
and SECP regulations. Strong knowledge of all Regulatory
Affairs is obligatory demand.
•
Excellent oral and spoken communication chops in
English language
•
Strong IT Chops and
must be complete in use of Microsoft office, videotape
conferencing operations etc.
•
The seeker must misbehave with
Fit & Proper criteria as specified in Public Sector
Companies (Commercial Governance) Rules, 2013 amended upto 2017.
Age Limit as on Ending Date
Upto 50 times.
Nature of Employment
The employment shall be on contract for
an original period of three (3) times, with periodic
performance evaluation to be conducted by the Board
of Directors NJHPC.

I.
Contenders (Internal &
External workers) formerly working in Govt./Semi-Govt./
Autonomous Public Organizations
can also apply through proper channel.
II.
Contenders shall be demanded to produce all original documents at
the time of interview.
III.
NJHPC reserves the right to withhold/ cancel the whole recovery process at
any stage without assigning any reason.
IV.
The named contenders shall be
workers of the Company in private employment structure and this employment will
not qualify in any way for subvention of pensionable job either
with NJHPC or WAPDA.
V.
Only shortlisted contenders will be invited for
interviews/ selection process.
VI.
No TA/ DA
will be admissible for interview/ selection process.
